Last straw!

So this time I have honestly had enough! I have given them a bad review in Hello Peter before and after some promises were made I changed the rating, however this time I’ve had it! I have sent an e-mail stating that I would like to cancel my membership a while back as I had some unexpected problems with my car and now I’m short on money. They then acknowledge my cancellation BUT come up with some BULL that I have to give 20days notice and pay a cancellation fee???? After the lady who signed me up said I could cancel at any given time. I then requested to have the Sign up call (that is recorded apparently) sent to me. After a week Kim sends me an email with the link to the recording but there is nothing on it! I requested a different file format last week and still nothing. How convenient right seeing that my debit order is coming up?? Funny thing is with my previous complaint Diann stated that if I ever have another problem I should email her directly - with an email she gave me bouncing it is kinda hard, just saying! To make things worse we went for treatments on Saturday at the JHB Branch and received the WORST treatments ever! They were short staffed so my mom and her friend (who were potentially new clients but after Saturday will never return) waited 2 hours to get their 45min Aromatherapy massages. They ended rushing so much that they got a 25min massage. ***?? My waxing was so rushed - the thing I’m gonna ask about that is have you ever had a hollywood wax that is rushed????? It felt like my skin was being ripped of! I was not the only unhappy customer as when I left another family also left and the father said “this place will never see me again”. And two walk in customers wanting to sign up was turned away because the staff didn’t have the correct paperwork. I will not go back to this place ever again! And I’m putting this review up for MoiMooi - if you take any more money from my account - I promise you, I will see you in court! I’m not even kidding about this! Your company is a joke! Maybe the CPT branch is better but the JHB branch is completely disgusting.
