This consultant has given me excellent service thus far, I just joined recently. She answers my queries, even though they are after business hours and has done lots to reassure me and convince me to take a contract with them, as I queried the bad reviews on HP.

I had lots of questions to fully understand what I was getting myself into and I trust that if it should come to that I need to cancel my membership, that I will be dealt with in a fair manner.
