After 2 months of a bit of dispointing call centre experiences for way of speaking to your customer i must say today I had a very nice experience and customer service from Taryn at Head office.
I called with a problem and Taryn fixed it.
And when doing do she was filled with energy and enthusiasm and made me feel good when chatting to her.
We should definately have more "Taryn's" in this world.
