False advertising

People need to be careful when joining. I was given false information Dec 2018 my sister told me moimooi has a special running if you join Dec u pay R200 for 5 treatments so i went in to the salon the sales lady told me yes they do when they gave me the contract i told them that yhe amount on there doesnt correspond to what they told me so they explained that i shudnt worry about yhat as the special for dec willcancel that amount an the R200 per month would only be debited i made sure an the receptionist confirmed that statement now after i was struggling trying to book treatments and log into my account they debited my account with R699 which is not in my budget if i had known i would never have joined now im not getting feedback as i wang to cancel.
