I was contacted for a package which was actually too good to be true, and after showing my interested my details were given to customer service to give me a contact and we can activate my membership. however, whilst speaking to this agent, everything was just *****, and I requested all this information to be emailed to me so I can go over it throughouly and the agent stated it cannot be it must be done now over the phone. whilst on the phone, I googled them and saw bad reviews which I had told the agent about them and I would like not to go through the activation. which they said it won't be activated unless I approve the debit order. which I did not approve. after telling the agent I do not want their services and the lady responded "OK" . now they asking for a cancellation fee which is mad business because what is the cancellation when I never used them or going ahead with the activation.

And they keep debited my account and the lady I just spoke to Dian said they will keep collecting money till i officially pay them the cancellation fee.
