Extremely Upset and Disgusted

I am extremely disgusted and outraged with the service received from moiMooi spa in Parkhurst, i signed up with them 2 months ago and was never able to get a booking on a weekend as they are always "fully booked" - I cancelled my account with them last month, called today to confirm and they have advised that they will still be charging me for the month of September, i refuse to pay this as i have not used any treatments!!!!!!! i will take this as far as possible to show how pathetic moiMooi is!
