Exceptional handling of cancelation

I cancelled my membership due to financial reasons and was dealing with angelique who is the collection manager. She assisted me and went out of her way as times I could not manage. We got all payments sorted out and she did not make the process dreadful as other collectors do. Hoping to join mooi mooi again after this pandemic again all because of her great sence of client interaction and ability to retain future customers in a uneasy situation
