Excellent Customer Service Received

These days receiving excellent customer service is very rare. I had an error on my account at Moimooi, I called their Head Office and was Rd someone would call me back. I had very little faith that I woukd recieve a call and prepared myself for a good old fight later this afternoon, when I woukd have to call them again. However, my first call was returned within a few minutes, when Angelique from the Moimooi Head office called me. She listened to my complaint, apologised and said would do her best to resolve my query. We had a discussion she gave me two options, said she would double check something and get back to me. Believe or not a few minutes later Angelique called back and my query was sorted. Thank you Angelique, keep up the good work. You have reminded me that there is still hope for SA when it comes to customer service. You could easliy become an ambassador for customer service.
