Excellent client service from Angelique

I had a booking for last Saturday and could not make it due to unforeseen circumstance. I spoke to Angelique De Andrade and explained to her my situation. The lady did not make a scene or anything, she just politely assisted me in the request and said I must not worry as she will do the cancelation. She made no fuss and told me I am the client and she understood. The lady was professional and even followed up on the progress: confirming to me that it was done. Now that's classy service, especially on a Saturday morning.
