Drbit order still going off after cancellation letter receiveived!
I am soooo angry with this company called Moimooi beauty spar!!
I cancelled my membership with them last November 2020,and im still struggling to stop my debit order! This month an amount of R599 was deducted,nd no longer the R499 as normal.
I settled the areas as per email send with full amount to be settled. Was told that no cancellation fee would be charged.
Diann Summerton blatantly refuse that she said that,and the cancelation letter clearly states that no further deductions would be made!
Am i the only person who is experiencing this terrible seevice?

Yes,the head office is in Cape town.
I was only using the facilities provided by Moimooi in Pretoria.
My problem is not with the branch ,but with your crediting department, dealing with cancellations.
My cancellatio email was obviously send to head office wher my application commenced..
I hope i made myself crystal clear!!

Yes,the head office is in Cape town.
