Disgusted with this service received upon cancellation
I have entered a competion on instagram, where I was then selected as 1 of the top 10 clients to receive a discounted rate for the Moimooi membership of R599. I was told that I would get 1 month free and will have my membership commence on the 1st of July 2021. I was told that all terms and conditions will be emailed to me (which never took place) I have only received the terms and conditions upon cancellation and that I would be charged a cancellation fee of R599 at the end of July but no service will be available to me for the entire month of August.
I want this debit order cancelled or this matter will be taken to the Ombudsman.

Our records show that you you made 5 bookings for the month of June( Free month) retail value of R2855-00. You arrived for 3 and did not come for the other 2 without informing us. They therefore will be counted as redeemed. Therefore you were/are aware that your membership was active and how to use it. The telephonic procurement of the membership is suffice ( welcome email is an added extra), in which all the t&c were explained.
To date your savings reflect over R1400-00. August month only opens in a few days. July still open
Please contact our customer service who will assist you with your misunderstanding.

The value of the services are not made up or 'brought up' but as per our retail price list and comparable with similar companies offering these services. We urge you to compare. As a Moimooi member you derive the value of the membership. The cancellation fee is minimal( essentially equates to one treatment). In fact you are able to use 5 treatments in your cancellation period.- more value! This means you get at least another R3000-00 of treatment value( depending which treatments you select, so possibly more).
Of course you may get the call transcript, please contact the call centre who will assist. HP is just a consumer forum.
