I’m disgusted and appalled with MoiMooi Cape Town, how do you keep on trying to debit my account even after I requested a cancellation numerous times. Firstly you lured myself and my colleagues to joining by mentioning that you’re running a competition and should lookout for the winner announcement the next day on instagram which Never HAPPENED.. secondly I never used your services not even once and requested a cancellation now you messing up my account by this unauthorised debit orders? Is this the way to run a business?

At the time of cancellation, your account was in arrears due to unsuccessful debit orders on your account. Yes, you did enter one of our competitions and the winners were posted on our official Facebook page, not Instagram. As a competition entrant, you were offered the membership package at a reduced price -of R399 -00 per month instead of the actual price of R899-00 per month.
Many companies use competitions and/or similar exciting offers to attract customers and goodwill. So yes a great way to run the business. 5 Beauty treatments per month every month. This means each treatment costs you R80-00.
A customer service agent will contact you and offer the best method to cancel that will be affordable to you and your budget
