Disappointed

I cancelled my subscription with them. When I joined , was told that this is not a contract, but when I cancelled was told that I have a 20 days waiting period of which in December holidays are not counted. Today (18/12/2020) my account was debited saying that it's an annual fee that all members had to pay and they are still gonna debit my account for January of which I don't understand because i'm not even gonna visit their premises or use their services.

I would not recommend the place to anyone. I'm really disappointed
