Deducting money from my account after cancelling my membership!!
I cancelled my membership in february after a bad service i received, they are still deducting money from my account even now! This is really frustrating !! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

We received your notice of cancellation however, your account is in arrears as a result of some payments being unsuccessful.

23 Apr 2021, 14:22I do not owe you any money , You debited my account in January while the agreement stated that the first deduction will go off in February.
Your consultant said i can reverse the January payment because it's your sytem error!!
I repeat !! I DO NOT OWE YOU ANY MONEY.
