Debit Order Double Payments

I have been trying to get hold of their head offices and they simply do not answer their calls. Evertime money is transferred into my account the debit order goes off 2 or 3 times. My Account is always paid on time I have sent emails and I have received no repsonse In December they took R1500 and Jan R1000

Dear Kirsten M,

Your account is in arrears due to unpaid premiums due to numerous unsuccessful debit orders over the membership period.  You discussed this with one of our agents this morning.

Even though your account was in arrears we allowed you to use the facilities.

Please ensure that you catch up your arrear amounts or it will incur additional costs.

Yours Sincerely,
customer Service Dept

Thank you for the feedback.
had I recieved a response with the first email I sent. I could have reconciled the account which is in arrears and then made an effort to correct it.

As per the numerous called I received after I posted on Hello Peter...I am eager to resolve this issue.

I was never made aware that my account was inarreas as I have been using the facilities why wouldnt I pay for a service I am using.

Atleast going forward I now know that should I require a response from you I should post to this platform.

Thank you for finally getting back to me.

Dear Kirsten M,

We find it really strange that you were actively  using  a service for months and were unaware that you were not paying. The amount isn't small , as the outstanding amount is over R13000-00

Please settle as soon as you can as further costs could be incurred.

Yours Sincerely,
Customer Service Dept

I wonder why an organisation would continue to render a service when an amount as such is outstanding.
very interesting internal controls.

Once Again,
Thank you for the feedback

Dear Kirsten M,

As you clearly stated in your original post we attempted to correct the position with  extra billing in the past few months.

We understand that many are going through difficult financial ( temporary) times and were \are very liberal with respect  to restricting member benefits. For this  alone you should have allocated 5 stars!

In light of the above we find it strange and upsetting that you are attempting to place the blame with the company where you clearly at fault

Please settle as soon as you can as further costs could be incurred.

Yours Sincerely,
Customer Service Dept

You are liberal and respectful for an overdue account for 3 years,

Then you contact me again for me to participate in the services you offer, after you had this information at your disposal, I am not shifting the blame, I find the attack very strange and upsetting as you made no mention of the account in arrears when you offered me a new contract...But only phone calls advising me that because I posted on hello peter you will make me liable to pay an account youve never mentioned before.

If was aware I owed R13000 from 3 years ago, I would have surely paid it as I am paying now.
As a single mother one of the only breaks I get is beauty treatments. If I am able to still make bookings and go for treatments I would assume my account is paid. Unfortunately I will now have to deal with all sorts of back and forth messages added to my plate simply because I voiced my concern about not receiving feedback on an email and numerious phone calls made.

Dear Kirsten M,

You can try 'spin' the story in many ways, the fact is that you owe a considerable amount for services rendered.

We are totally flabbergasted that you continue to insist that it is the company's fault

Please settle as soon as you can as further costs could be incurred.

Yours Sincerely,
Customer Service Dept
