I am totally disgusted with the service I have received from Moimooi with regards to cancelation of my membership. I was told that the cancelation was processed and that the final payment would be deducted at the end of October. Imagine my surprise when I received notification of yet another debt order this morning. WHAT THE HELL?!?! I want my money back immediately. They are either trying to con me out of my money, or they just don't know how to do your jobs properly.
I have had enough of them cheating me out of my money. I will never again even consider being a client of theirs.
I work hard for my money, and I need every last cent in order to take care of my family, as I'm the breadwinner.
I no longer wish to deal with their *********** customer service people. I would like a Manager to contact me with an apology and confirmation of my refund today still.

19 Nov 2019, 09:07I actually just saw the reply to my post. It's a total bull**** reply btw, because you guys don't do arrears. You guys always debited the full amount every month, and cut services if there wasn't enough funds available for the debit. The contract was a month-to-month instead of a contract for a specified period. Your only requirement was that one had to cancel the subscription at least 30 days from the next supposed debit date, which is what I did, and you guys still debited my account.
Even though the actual service at the Spa was always impeccable, I'm quite happy that I'm no longer subscribed to your services, because the accounts/ admin side of the business sucks. Now I know why so many people warned me about your company when they heard that I subscribed for your services.
I hope that you guys have actually improved your service since my complaint last year.
