I have been with Moi for a couple of years now and in the past my experience with them was really disappointing. The manager Diane has no soft s****s when dealing with clients and has a very bad attitude which nearly pushed me into cancelling my package.

However, I started dealing with Miceala and oh my word my experience changed. She is efficient, beautiful personality, excellent people s****s, always goes the extra mile and highly professional. I am not quite sure why she is not a team leader or even a manager. This is the kind of people you need to lead others so that your business can constantly improve. Customer service can make or break a business and Miceala makes it for me at Moi.

I would also like to compliment Fay the manager of the Spa. She is the perfect person to run the Spa. Attentive, polite, helpful and always with a smile. The way she deals with her staff is refreshing. Tracy her assistant I have to compliment as well. This girl clearly takes her job serious and truly understands the meaning of customer service and customer satisfaction.

To the rest of the staff in the Spa. You all rock. You contribute to me enjoying every visit and your polite and diligent service makes every experience amazing.
