Clarity

I spoke to Dianne today and totally agree with everything that these people are saying about her. She forgot to hang up the phone and she mentioned that what l was complaining about was stupid in the background. I know l might be the cleverest person out there but that's not the way a professional treats clients and also l have every right to complain and ask for clarity for any service l pay for. Anyway, l joined MoiMooi three months ago through a friend that recommended me bless her heart. I was promised 5 treatments that were going to be free but l could not book because most of the time booking was fully booked. Then at the end of October l decided to cancel my subscription after there was double deduction from my account. I asked for a refund then they said l have to wait 30-60 days to get my money back. That's also when l found out that the cancellation fee is 499 even though you inform them of your intention to cancel 20 days in advance. The terrible thing was that another 499 was deducted from my account yesterday after clearly following all their protocol to cancel my subscription and guess what they told me 'Your refund will come after 30-60 days'. This is not okay on so many levels. There was no apology, no sense of what they did was wrong. It's their mistake which has happened twice now and l have to suffer and wait 30-60 days to get my money back. Furthermore, they sent me a welcome letter that is in some format that does not show completely the terms and conditions again their fault, not mine. One of them is that EVERYONE will pay a cancellation fee of 499. So again l told Dianne that l didn't receive this information and explained to her that she should make her agents mention CLEARLY at the beginning of the conversation that if you join and you want to cancel you pay 499 cancellation fee and you have to this 20 working days in advance so that its clear to client. What l also was wondering is what is this cancellation fee for as this is not a contract that is binding. In addition, if you got free treatment in the beginning and then when you cancel you have to pay this amount, are you not paying for the FREE treatments after all? If l knew this from the beginning trust me l wouldn't have joined. It's very disappointing to experience such treatment in this day and age.
