I was completely misled into thinking I had won a prize and was told over the phone and via a WhatsApp message to provide my details so the prize can be deposited into my account. I never wanted to be on your debit order list. I was told on the call I can try a free month in Marcch and then if I like it I can join from May. So why I was I sent a debicheck and eventhough I did not sign the debicheck the money was debited from my account? I was told I can cancell membership at anytime, now MoiMooi is demanding a 20 day notice with a months fee and R499 cancellation fees. I have never made use of the price I won or after they debited my account
