Our records indicate that you initiated the cancellation process in December, however your account was in arrears. This is the reason for the subsequent billing.
Reversing debit orders will not negate the amount owing
Please contact the customer service dept who will assist in bring your account up to date.
We apologize for the misunderstanding.
Yours Sincerely,
Customer Service Dept
