Cancellation not actioned

To whom it may concern

I have sent a number of emails to this company requesting cancellation, but to date have not yet had a response. Instead they send 1 email that they were trying to get hold of me. I am not able to take calls during the day and have stipulated this in my cancellation email. I don't understand the need to speak to me about a cancellation request, when you have it in writing to cancel.

PLEASE ACTION MY CANCELLATION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
