cancellation finally successful
After having a dreadful experience of trying to cancel my membership, I received a call from Diann Summerton. After a lengthy conversation regarding the contract and concerns, Diann successfully cancelled my contract and sent email confirmation of this. She was friendly and professional. Good problem solving was done here.
