Booking system is an absolute nightmare

I joined this spa membership in May. Theoretically, it sounds great. But practically, it's a nightmare. I had no issues with the treatments - they're great and it's worth it. On one occasion though, my massage the****** was a little too chatty and unnecessarily giggly and it just came across as unprofessional. Anyway, the booking system is quite a nightmare. It's like the hunger games. You kind of have to be on the prowl on the first of every month or the bookings get scooped up and there goes your money :) Ironically, I have to stress to book massage therapy sessions to relieve my stress. It makes no sense. I usually like to do massages on a whim especially when I feel super stressed. Also, it just feels like far too much admin. I have elected to cancel.
