<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>I was shouted at by the receptionist of moimooi which was very unprofessional and I asked her not to shout or raise her voice at me and she told me I'm a very difficult customer the Manner in which she handled the situation was very disgusting and she doesn't have Phone etiquette at all neither did she apologize for raising her voice.</p>

We have listen to the voice recording which clearly shows that you used harsh words and would not listen to reason, however it was not appropriate for the receptionist get angered by it. We have initiated the prescribed disciplinary action .
