Awesome customer service
After struggling to have my subscription sorted since December 2017 and the worse service in February from Tarryn at the call centre which sent me over the edge FINALLY someone with some brains, awesome customer service s****s calls me after many months of unanswered e mails. Shanice Jansen takes over my query no matter how I took my frustrations out on her she kept her composure dealt with my issue with such great professionalism and s**** and within less than 15mins and two feedback calls later she managed to sort out my query . She is a real asset to the otherwise ill equipped Moimooi customer service team - The management must invest in more staff like Shanice she is a real gem. A huge thank you Shanice.
