Angelique De Andrade saves the day!!

Angelique De Andrade should be the ONLY person in this company dealing with the public and their members (aside from the sales staff of course).

I had the most infuriating and unpleasant experience with Shareefa and Diann where they were not at all interested in what I was saying, just insisting that they are correct and I am wrong.

I posted a very unfavourable review on hellopeter and Angelique contacted me. Although we had some difference of opinion she at least listened to what I had to say and was prepared to try and come to a compromise instead of flat out insisting that she was right and no negotiations.

I am still cancelling my membership at this point, but it is an amicable split and she has at least tried to retain my membership and she has also given me some options to think about which I will do.
