Quantity over Quality
<p>Poor hygiene, mostly unfriendly & disengaged staff, poorest quality of products - my nails flaked, chipped and bubbled on day 2 of a manicure. Wax room doesn't even have a proper door and is merely cordoned off with a divider. Walked into the area and the floor was wet with stands of hair all over. Cancellation policy is a **** too.</p>
