2ND complaint in 2 weeks!

I have issued a complaint on hello Peter on the 18 September 2018, to which I received a response saying the matter would be investigated. No one has reverted to me! Ridiculous administration staff who clearly couldn't care less about any bad complaints against their company. Just an overview how they probably manage their entire operation. Seriously ****ed! Did you hope this would blow over and I would forget about your no response, or did you just blatantly lie and had no intention of sorting anything out? I wonder...
