Very Rude and unprofessional

This woman is a real nightmare to deal with. Firstly she never responds to emails or messages and when you go to their office she is very rude and disrespectful. She will talk down to you and make it seem like you don't know what you are talking about. Yes I raised an issue about the way they run or manage the complex. The rules seem to be there for formality and everyone does as they please. Her response was that I am just a tenant and not an owner therefore it was none of my business. How dare she it is very much my business as I live there and pay my hard earned money. Her attitude stinks.
