falsely listed under debt review

In 2011 March we had a crisis with our finances,so we contacted them nd a consultant came in my house and we fill the forms and she told us that we should not pay for 3months but surprisingly monthend debits went through as normal for that 3 months when I asked them they told that they will stop but it never.so we started to pay our accounts without their help and we managed to settle other accounts. Now my name is listed under debt review whereas they never helped us,I can't open any account.can they please remove my name.last year I sent them an email asking them to remove my name but they told me that I'm owing them.I don't understand it what money cause they didn't render any service for me I feel like they are robbing me.
