Emails ignored

I was under debt review with Mohau debt counsellors for sometime. When I cancelled last year it took me a while before the debits stopped. After that I wanted them to remove the debt review hold on my credit card but no one ever responded to my emails regarding that. While when I app**** the said I could get out at anytime if I see that Im able to pay debts on my own. So after cancelling no one is responding to any of my emails and I still have lots of questions about this whole proccess. Help me to get in contact with them coz on my own I have failed.
