Mohans spears supplying wrong spears that damage

In December i went to Mohans spear shop in newlands west and I bought service spears for my vw polo 1,6 2002 these guys gave me wrong plugs for my car which damaged my plug wire and my map sensor wen I went to the spear shop to complain mohan said to me he can't help me in any way and I must go report it to the rmi
