Worst customer service ever

It is not the first time that I have this problem with Mohammed's taxi's in Pietermaritzburg they tell you waiting time is 20-25 min then the taxi either never comes or you wait an hour to two hours and when you phone they'll tell you the taxi is on its way 5-10min then it ends up way longer than that... I would not use them again.
