Very angry and disappointed with you!!!!

I am very disappointed with your services. Today 26 Dec 2021 we requested a cab and it never pitched after waiting for an hour. Then when we request again, we are told to take whatever got us where we are and the person dropped a call. I called again he was very rude to me, mind you it was not the first time they did that to us.
