Terrible Service

<p>I am very disgruntled at the service delivery, it is not the first time this is happening.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had called yesterday requesting their taxi service and the operator told me it would take 30mins to pick me up and asked for my contact details, I was fine with that. 30 mins came and went and still no sign of the taxi at the pick up point. I called in to find where is the taxi and the operator said the taxi is stuck in traffic. I accepted that, 1hour later and still no taxi . I called in to find out how far and the operator said the taxi was dispatched to the pick up point. 1hour and 30 minutes and still no sign of the taxi. I had to opt for to use another taxi. This is such appaling pathetic service. </p> <p> </p> <p>These damn operators dont even have the decency to contact the client to inform the person that taxi is running late, there is just no form of communication whatsoever. At least have automated sms services sent out to the client if you not able to contact the client due to a high volume </p> <p> </p> <p>Another thing is send the operators for some basic communication/answering the telephone s****s, just not customer friendly at all. It is not a good front for the business at all. I always utilised this taxi service when I needed it. But after yesterdays experience making a person wait for so damn long I will never use this service at all and it is not the first time this happening. Get your act together. </p>
