Poor Taxi service

<p>Was a loyal customer doing 10 trips a week with Mohamed Taxis in Pietermaritzburg but was terribly disappointed on more than one occassion. Yesterday i was left waiting 20 minutes outside in a protest when i made the booking 30 minutes in advance. All control can say when you phone to see where your late taxi is, "your car is on it's way". It should have been there 20 minutes ago, not on its way now. Control need training on customer relations. They do not even offer you apologies. When you guys are busy you give your regular customers the short end of the stick. I've seen it first hand too many times. Wake up Mohameds. Treat your customers properly or you will lose them like you have lost me. Moved my business to Chedies Taxis this morning and am receiving better service at a better price laready.</p>
