Delays to responding within the expected time.

I called for a cab from Mahomeds Taxis at 18:16pm. They told me the cab will take 20minutes to get to me. At 18:36 i called again and they said it will be by me in 10 minutes. I expressed by dissatisfaction and they didnt even have the decency to apologise. At 18:45 i called again and they said the cab will be with me in 8 minutes and when i raised my dissatisfaction the operator cut my call. I then decided to call another cab at 18:47 and it arrived at 18:58 to pick me up. At that point Mahomed taxis had still not arrived to pick me up and no call from Mahomeds taxi to check or apologise for the cab.
