Bad attitude from the controller on 06 august 2018 13h59

Today 06 August 2018 I called the office today at about 12h59 requested a taxi. I asked the lady how long it will take for the taxi to arrive she said 10min.

i waited 20 minutes and use alternative transport.

at Around 13:23 she calls and tells me the tax has arrived i told her i have left, she shouted at me saying i should have waited or called. I apologised. the last thing she says is please note your number has been blacklisted, if you call us again in future you wont be assisted.

Im like okay thanks.

I was very disappointed she ruined my day.
