Payout Please

I wanted to sell my house in Goodwood and Mr. Ismaiel Mohamed was recommended to me. The municipality paid R6008.00 (Six thousand and eight rand) to Mr Mohamed my attorney for electricity but I never received the money. I send him an *** which he never responded to.

I also wanted to note that Mr Mohamed charged me and the buyer of my house R1500 each per meeting which we had +/- 5-6 meetings. I am not sure if all this money was even legal.
