refund for wron bookings

I have deposited approximately R3090.00 for a reservation (reference no: cor2o03rI2ye) in Windhoek Namibia via Rooms4Africa for my honeymoon from the 22/12/14 to the 2/01/15. on my arrival I find out that the bookings is in the farm(Savanna Guest Farm) situated 600 km to Windhoek and immediately informed the owner who was called by his staff that we cannot stay at the farm we were told that the place is in Windhoek. The owner Mr Enrich then told us that our money will only be paid in his account on the 31/12/14 so he cant refund us. We left the place, drive to Windoek and find a place at our own cost. Mr Enrich told us to report our frustrations to Rooms4Africa and we immediately called them and we were told about the cancellation policy that was not given to us and even signed any declaration or documentation with anyone. I have been communicating with both Mr Enrich and various consultants at Rooms4Africa for a refund but none of them wanna commit. I told Mr Enrich that I did not donate the money I really need my money but he told me that he did not enter into any business with me, I must call Rooms4Africa and I've done that but still empty promises, I really need your help
