We app**** for prepaid meter last year in November and we paid at that time too R2000.00. They never done investigation before we pay. In July they complain that we paid for single phase we must downgrade we did that and now when we go there they tell us that we must find our own contractor to change meter. How can our private electrician touch municipal assets and who will pay that contractor. We paid for conversion. We need prepaid it's been long.
