I am so Shocked - I did not have time to cross

I went to the Moffit branch in Parkane and asked the receptionist if I could have a copy of my id - it was just before 5 and the post office was already closed> I told her it was a bit of a emergency and informed her that I will pay I don't mind> the receptionist told me that they do not do that and I asked if I could speak to her manager as I really need them to assist me and I fully understand that it is against their protocol. I went to the Manager a Indian lady and I asked her if she could kindly help me out,I was begging,she barked at the receptionist to make a copy, I offered to pay and she barked that she does not need my money.<br> Im not sure what she said but I rep**** that if she ever come to Protea Hotel Hilton I would assist her if she needs anything - I am a HOD at the Hotel. She gave me a sniding remark and I told her I do not appreciate her attitude - I will just leave and she started raising her voice informing me that I can tear the copy and that she is doing me a favour and she started shouting at me. I started to walkout and she carried on infront of her customers on how I must appreciate the favour - I am in shock about a manager carrying on like a fishwife
