Pleasantly surprised :-)

Visited Moffatt Optical in Cascades Lifestyle centre recently to see if they could help fix / sell me a new frame as one of the ear pieces had broken off. I was greeted and treated like one of their loyal customers despite this being my first time in store as the specs belong to a visiting family member. Having promised they would do their best I was most surprised to get a call back 10mins later saying the pair had been repaired and I could collect it at no charge. Needless to say I was blown away and am happy to highly recommend this store to anyone needing an optometrist in the PMB area.
