Bad Service from Moffat Optical Hayfields center PMB

Good day, I bought my daughter glasses from Moffat Optical at the Hayfields center. The price through medical aid was R4000 but the cash price was R3090 so i opted to pay the R3090 and then claim back the amount from Medical aid. Moffat did not put on the codes for medical aid that i needed on the invoice and now medical aid cant reimburse me and Moffat say they cant fix the invoice so now i am out of pocket R3090.
