Moe’s Boutique almost ruined my wedding day

Good day

I was planning my wedding so happy n exited little did i know my wedding would be almost ruined last minutes by a boutique owner😡😡….. i consulted together with my brides****s to this lady we gave designs we wanted n materials to be used! My brides****s dresses designs were changed without speaking to us first of all we were given run arounds when we had to fit! Then when it came to my dress as a bride total disaster not even close to the design i gave her ,,, she used some rude Nigeria guy as a seamstress who was very disrespectful when i voiced out my dissatisfaction with the dress Molemo did not even say anything to protect me as her client! I literally sat in her shop 2 days before my wedding crying my lungs out till i ran out of tears for a dress i paid in full in advance heeee when i got the dress got a shock of my life i felt like dying that day i swear to God! In my culture a bride is not supposed to travel 2 weeks prior the wedding but i was roaming the streets of joburg because of this woman i even bumped my car … even when i told she showed 0 remorse! I took the dress I wasn’t happy about because i did not have a choice my family and in laws were waiting for my white gown. Day before the wedding i was running around town looking for another dress as that one was a true definition of disaster 😡 …. Ok fine God’s mercy i managed to get a dress rented it (extra costs) took the dress for alterations (another additional cost) a week after the wedding I returned the dress asking for full refund she refused to give me a full refund now doesn’t even respond to my text nor calls

The shop has beautiful wedding gowns which she claims she sew them to attract customers

I had to get a new dress my brides****s dress we had to go to another seamstress to fix the dress they did not have linings 🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️ they did not fit them after she took measurements 3 different times…..
