Terrible Service

I bought a VW Polo in October 2019 in good faith from Nissan Tygervalley, meaning I did not test drive the vehicle. Since the moment I drove the vehicle out of their area after I signed for the required documents, I complaint about a noise coming from the rear of the car similar to the sound of a wheel-bearing OR a flat spot on a tyre. I immediately informed the salesperson about it and told him I will monitor the situation. I further informed Nissan that as soon as someone sits in the backseat, there is a knocking as if the seat is loose and that the brakes that they supposedly replaced is creaming for attention. At first the rear wheels were replaced, yet the sound remains. Then the left wheel-bearing was replaced (so they said), yet the sound remains. Nissan is now not sure what the problem is causing the wobbling sound. The brakes get attended to every time (glazed) but the screaming does not end. Further to this, twice after the vehicle was washed, the rear brakes jammed/seized whilst the car is drying. The mechanic had to come to my house to get the vehicle to move (how scary is this !!!!) It is 4 months now, promises, excuses and failure to make a valid effort to sort out the vehicle is the order of the day. I have lost hope in communication with Nissan as I am the one who needs to run around all the time. the after service is non-existent. I have a wife for whom I bought the car who wants nothing to do with it. Due to her previous accident, she cannot take the risk of driving a vehicle that seems doomed. I wonder if this car was ever in an accident that everything is happening at the rear left ??? Thank you Nissan for telling me every time that you cannot build me a new car, hence reluctant to spend in having the vehicle sorted. Efforts made seems to be quick fixes. I am most disappointing in your brand and will NEVER consider your dealership again. Not even your Principle Dealer attended to me when I came to your office. VERY SAD.
