Worst travel agency

Good day. I would like to raise my greatest disappointment with the Modupi travel agency. We booked a trip to Mozambique but due to the situation of violence we opted to go Durban instead. The traveling agenct promised us that we gonna travel with a microbus and we were surprised to see a bus. We thought we would be the only group traveling only to find out that we were four other groups that would travel with us. The travel agent only told us at the last minute about the sudden change. When we arrived at Durban on that Friday evening (20 September), we discovered that he had not booked us to the communicated hotel being the Blue Waters Hotel as a result he was forced to take us to Bel Aire Hotel until Monday (23 September). From there on we were supposed to travel to Drakensburg and spend the night there. Then we found yet again that the hotel at the Drakenburg was not yet booked. We are now stuck at the Bel Aire hotel and some of our colleagues were evicted from their rooms as the agent did make a full payment for our current stay, resulting in not being able to extend our stay till tomorrow. Mr Steve Ncongwane ***ner and travel agent) promised to take us on a tour around Durban but still failed to do so. So many excuses are made by him as we keep questioning him. We aren't even sure we will have transport to go back home to Johannesburg tomorrow. Modupi Travel (registration number : ***) ***
