Avoid Modular Mansions – Unsafe and Grossly Unprofessional

I strongly advise avoiding Modular Mansions. On the double-storey house they built on our property there was no engineer, plumber or electrician involved, just three unskilled shack builders left largely unsupervised. The structure is already failing and will need major remedial work to be made safe. For almost ten months there was no portable toilet on site, so the workers used the neighbour’s bushes instead, which says everything about the level of professionalism here. In my opinion this is a dangerous and grossly unprofessional operation that I would never use or recommend.
