Delay in completion of job

Having being waiting for my order since 8th of December it's now nearly 8th of feb and only half d order done ..they maybe good just for one or two items but def not more than that ..the service was **** ..they don't deliver as promised final fitment was suppose to be on Friday ...promised by mark d owner himself still not done not even a call or an SMS to say they cannot make it ..I am so tired of this ..it's like they doing u a favour ..asked them to cancel before they started they apologized and said they will sort out..they came and put couple of windows and decide to cancel bec they tired of my badgering ..how tired do u think I a Am...he is willing to deduct there costs..I could only imagine and refund balance ...this is just d short version...they holding back so much of my building ..u need to keep on calling them ....how am I been compensated for this ...will let u know how it turns out ...
