Modjadji house Accommodation refund

Im Struggling to get my refund. Their website shows the Place is active and there's bookings so i went ahead to book only to find that their phones are not working/ no one is replying the emails . On Instagram they rep**** me once then immediately i mentioned that i paid for accommodation they then stopped replying even though they are active.
